Following the successful presentation of the first mobile X-ray inspection system (Osprey), the first fixed X-ray inspection system (Harrier) has now been installed at the Heraklion Customs Office as part of the Talos Project, which includes the delivery of 6 mobile and 16 fixed X-ray inspection systems to the Customs Service of the IAPR.
As the official representative of Viken Detection in Greece, PROTON proudly participates in the project as the security technology partner of TERNA Energy Asset Management S.A., a member of the GEK TERNA Group of Companies.
The system presentation was attended by Giorgos Pitsilis, Governor of the IAPR, Dimitris Bourikos, Director General of Greek Customs and Excise, and Christina Voulgaraki, Head of the Heraklion Customs Office, as well as representatives of TERNA Energy and PROTON.

Congratulations to everyone involved in this important project and especially to PROTON’s Technical Support and Project Implementation teams for their outstanding work, professionalism, and commitment in delivering the project under demanding conditions and within tight implementation schedules.
